Online counseling provides an interactive, multi-session opportunity to share information regarding your financial situation. The process is split into steps to ensure we gather all needed information while keeping your convenience in mind.
The first step is the Agreement for Services. Once you review and submit the agreement, the next step will be to provide SurePath with some basic information about your current financial status and biographical information and detailed break down of your current income and expenditures.
Once you hit “submit”, your information will be forwarded to our client services department. If there is any data missing or needed, you will be contacted with a request to go back on-line and provide the missing data. Otherwise, you will receive the Counseling packet and action plan via e-mail within 2 business hours. (Be sure to check your spam/junk folder).
